Applying through open university

How to apply as a guest student

If you are a student from the EU/EEA/Swiss region, who does not apply through an exchange agreement with the University of Copenhagen or alternatively wish to take part-time studies as a professional, you can find all relevant information on applying as a guest student here: Guest students

A tuition fee is required to attend courses at the University of Copenhagen as a guest student. This format is also relevant for any English-speaking Danish citizens and non-EU citizens with a permanent or temporary residence permit in Denmark.

Non-EU citizen

If you are a student from outside of the EU/EEA/Swiss region and do not have Danish citizenship or a valid residence permit in Denmark you can apply as a guest student through this website: Non-EU guest students
